Hey Guys,

Let me start by saying, I don’t usually like sharing makeup free pictures, but seeing as this is a skincare post, I felt it appropriate.

Eyebrows are however filled in, because you know yourself! ūüôā

As Winter is now in full swing (can you believe it’s November?!) it’s time to start thinking about the impact the cooler months have on our skin. I always change my beauty regime up a little when we hit this time of year. I personally find that the cold weather is much harsher on my already sensitive skin. This combined with a pale complexion and quite an uneven skintone, means I can look like death pretty quickly if I’m not careful.

I also have very dark eyes, which is good in terms of eyelashes, but not so great in that I can often resemble a member of the Adams Family. Did someone say mountains of concealer?!

To combat the above issues, my main focus for my Winter Beauty Regime is to keep skin hydrated. It’s so easy to forget that¬†it needs an extra helping hand during this time, so¬†I’ve listed my Top 5 Skincare Products to help with this.

You’ll have seen over on my Snapchat (DayDreamerChic) how much I’ve been using the calming serum from BRYT Skincare. I’ve noticed such a difference since day¬†one and find it doesn’t leave skin too greasy.

Nivea is my go to when it comes to gentle moisturiser, I use this every morning before I apply my makeup. For the evenings, after I put on my BRYT serum, I apply the Lancome Hydra Zen cream and let it soak in while I sleep.

I’ve had a long term love affair with the No7 ‘Beautiful Skin’ Hydrating Mask, something you’ll know if you’ve followed me for a while now. A newfound love however is the Garnier Moisture Bomb¬†tissue mask. I tried this mask for the first time a few weeks ago – remember me dancing to Fleetwood Mac’s Everywhere, looking like Hannibal¬†Lecter on Snapchat? Yes, well that was the Garnier Moisture Bomb and I adore it!

I am trying to become more comfortable and confident in my own skin, so making sure I look after it has become a priority!

All My Love
